Sir David Brewster Kaleidoscope 
This kaleidoscope - The Sir David Brewster (1781-1868)  is the ultimate homage to the man that invented it in 1816. He was a man with as many facets as his invention.  He was a great man and renowned for his artistic, intellectual, technical and scientific abilities. This kaleidoscope is created from clear glass tubing this is frosted and etched in a wonderful seafaring theme. This hand held beauty is approximately 9.25 inches by 2.5 inches, is side lit, and has a pure silicone oil cell. For a bit more, a polarized chamber cell is also available for this kaleidoscope, which means you receive the light from the end.  Only Front Surface quality "A" mirror is used, and is primarily in a two mirror configuration ( 6-7-8-9-10-11 point stars).
